Companies

To register a company you must have a company name. A new incorporation takes 7-10 working days so it may be more convenient to choose a pre-formed company.

We offer an extensive list of pre-registered companies. Should you wish to trade immediately these companies have already been formed and can be available within hours.

 All our readymade companies have General Commercial Objects with which you can carry on any trade or business; and an Authorized Share Capital of £1000, however this can be increased on your further instructions. Simply choose a name from our list by following step2 below.

Tailormade 

Companies

We can form a company with your own choice of name within 7 - 10 working days.

For a Tailormade Company, we would require you to give us the name style of the Company you wish us to register. We will search the Index at the Companies Registration Office to see if the Name is available, and that there is no other company with a name that is alike; this is the requirement of the Registrar.

However, we can only inform you that the name may be available, it is entirely up to the Registrar to agree and accept the Name Style to be incorporated. We therefore advise our clients not to print any stationery at this stage until we have received the Certificate of Incorporation.
